Each Dalynnja Le Clerq Couture piece is handmade with care and precision, just for you. Because every garment is crafted to order, please allow approximately 3 to 6 weeks for production before your item is ready to ship.

Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, you'll receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note:

• Ordering multiple garments at once may extend the production time.

• Coats, evening gowns, and custom designs typically require additional time due to their complexity and detail.

Every item is personally made by designer Dalynnja de Klerk, which means quality is never rushed. Your patience is deeply appreciated—it’s all part of creating something truly special and one-of-a-kind.

Please note that DLC Couture is not responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or taxes that may apply once your order arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control.

If you believe the fees have been miscalculated, you have the legal right to request a detailed breakdown from your national customs authority or shipping provider. If there’s an error, they may be able to adjust the charges or issue a refund.

Rest assured, I always complete the required customs documentation accurately and include official forms where applicable to support customs clearance and duty relief (when available).
